All-Clad and T-fal Support Chefs Move to Schools Initiative

“All-Clad supports the Chefs Move to Schools mission – helping to enhance the joy of cooking so families can share a healthful meal,” said Marc Breviere, vice president sales, marketing and communications for Groupe SEB High-end Brands. “Our participation will help chefs involved in the program to influence the food choices of an entire generation. We couldn’t be prouder to contribute to this groundbreaking program.”

All-Clad is the choice of top professional chefs and home cooks across the country. As the inventor of bonded cookware, All-Clad has been handcrafting its cookware in the U.S. for nearly 40 years.

The All-Clad Portable Induction Burner, compatible with all magnetic cookware, combines the unique temperature control, safety and efficiency of induction cooking in a portable single burner. It cooks 50 percent faster than gas and electric cooktops, saving energy and money. This is a perfect tool for chefs to use in schools that don’t have kitchens, and magnetic stainless steel makes All-Clad the ideal cookware.

The Chefs Move to Schools program is being implemented by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. In support, All-Clad, in conjunction with American Express Publishing, is developing a “Let’s Cook” cookbook and manual, which will include healthy lunch recipes and demonstration ideas for chefs to use in schools. Wusthoff, Anchor-Hocking, Tru Bamboo, Zyliss and Sterilite have also contributed to the manual’s production.
