In his 17 years at Cisco, Pond has seen multiple transformations within the company. He has risen through the ranks of one of world’s leading consumer electronics, networking and communications technology and services companies by establishing business practices that have resulted in double-digit productivity growth. Today, Pond oversees the functions of corporate affairs, customer value chain management, customer operations, human resources, information technology, and legal services. He also co-chairs the Connected Business Operations Council and the Quality Experience Board.
