Joining U2 for this show in Philadelphia will be The Lumineers. Fans in Philly will be excited to catch the show headlined by the rock legends U2 and the addition of The Lumineers will be a welcomed surprise for some fans that are unfamiliar with the American folk band. Fans looking to enjoy the show at Lincoln Financial Field will hope to hear many of the hits that helped make that album sell more than 25 million units including more than 10 million in the United States alone. Among those singles include, “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For,” “With or Without You,” and “Where the Streets Have No Names.”
Lincoln Financial Field is the home of the Philadelphia Eagles from the National Football League and the Temple Owls collegiate football team. The venue opened its doors in 2003 and has been the site of numerous NFL playoff matches, international soccer matches, and several musical events featuring such artists as Taylor Swift, Kenny Chesney, Bruce Springsteen, and even U2. U2 performed here in 2011 on their “360 Tour.”
