By now, fans know exactly what to expect out of a U2 performance. The band is known for putting on remarkable shows that leaves their fans talking about their experience for a lifetime. The band has an extensive catalog of music that can create a set list that will still leave out favorites from some fans. What fans will be getting from their opening act is a bit difference. The Lumineers formed in Denver, CO in 2002 and their style is a bit different than U2. Despite that, these two bands will work to put on a memorable show for fans in Texas. Fans that may be unfamiliar with The Lumineers’ body of work will recognize some of their greatest hits including, “Ho Hey” and “Stubborn Love.”
AT&T Stadium is quickly becoming a must-stop venue for most big performers. The venue, which is the home of the Dallas Cowboys from the National Football League, opened in 2009 to incredible fanfare. AT&T Stadium has been the home of several major events since opening including the Super Bowl, WrestleMania, National Basketball Association’s All Star Weekend, and musical events featuring George Strait, Taylor Swift, One Direction, Beyonce, Jay Z, and Guns N’ Roses.
