Farm Bureau Insurance – Tennessee is Highest in Region in J.D. Power Auto Customer Satisfaction Study for Third Consecutive Year

Thirteen auto insurance providers were measured in eight southeastern states: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

The study measured customer satisfaction with auto insurance companies across five factors: interaction, price, policy offerings, billing and payment, and claims. The average for the Southeastern Region was 816; Farm Bureau Insurance – Tennessee was rated at 844.

“According to J.D. Power, the biggest driver of overall satisfaction is the interaction companies have with their customers. Achieving ‘three-peat’ status reflects a team effort at every touch point of customer service – agents, claims, customer service center, local offices, and home office operations,” said Sonny Scoggins, Farm Bureau Insurance chief executive officer.

Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee is the trade name of the Tennessee Farmers Insurance Companies, a single-state operation headquartered in Columbia, Tenn.
