THREE Restaurant and Bar Introduces Two New Team Members

Two new members have recently joined the THREE Restaurant and Bar team: San Francisco Mixologist Rob Hamic and Operations Manager Sassan Pirzadeh, both from extensive industry backgrounds. Both worked together under Chef Chanan Kamen at local San Mateo restaurant Osteria Coppa.

Pirzadeh comes from a background of highly rated restaurants where he has worked with many award-winning chefs and proprietors. His journey in restaurant management began in Darden, Elephant Ba and Cheesecake Factory restaurants, and his last position was at Osteria Coppa, under the wing of Michelin award-winning Chef Chanan Kamen.

After taking trips to the San Francisco and San Mateo farmer’s market with Chef Chanan, Pirzadeh’s passion for food was energized, and since then he spends much of the time he has away from the restaurant eating and tasting food from some of the highest-rated restaurants in the country.

Beyond his passion for food, lies an infatuation with karaoke. He can be heard singing at multiple venues throughout the Bay Area, and vows to bring late night karaoke to THREE later this summer.

Hamic joined THREE Restaurant as the resident “Cocktail Chemist.” He spends most of his free time brewing bitters and making infusions to use at the bar. He agreed to bring his extensive portfolio of cocktails, honed and treasured for more than 15 years, to THREE and spice up the bar.
