Tech Datas TechEDG Fed Partner Summit Focuses on Business Development

The event included a Federal Solutions Showcase highlighting the latest IT solutions available for federal end users. It provided informative sessions to enable attendees to position their business to take advantage of the opportunities presented by the single largest purchaser of IT products in the world-the U.S. federal government. Throughout the event, the Tech Data Public Sector team and distinguished speakers were on hand to educate and enable public sector reseller success, including offering valuable peer-to-peer networking opportunities.

Featured speakers at the event included Anthony Robbins, vice president, Federal Sales at Brocade; Snehal Antani, chief information officer Commercial Distribution Finance and chief information officer Enterprise Architecture at GE Capital Americas; Paul Karch, founder and chief executive officer at Gardant Global; and Carmine Taglialatela, Jr. principal and founder, Oak Hill Farm Group. Attendees at the TechEDG Fed Partner Summit also heard from John Slye, Advisory Research Analyst at Deltek, who discussed how to overcome and address cyber security challenges that federal agencies are facing.
