TCM Bank Appoints Damon Moorer as President

ICBA Bancard(R), the payment-services subsidiary of the Independent Community Bankers of America(R) (ICBA), today announced Damon Moorer has been promoted to president of its credit card bank, TCM Bank, N.A. Moorer, who was also named as a director, will continue to oversee the bank’s operational functions, with additional responsibility for guiding future profitability by establishing goals, policies, and strategies as set forth by the board.

“Damon’s institutional knowledge and strategic vision for delivering innovative payment solutions comes at a pivotal time for our industry as we look for new and exciting payment services to keep pace with our customers’ evolving payment needs,” said Joseph Pierce, TCM Bank chairman and president and CEO of Farmers State Bank in LaGrange, Ind.

Moorer, who previously served as TCM Bank’s chief operating officer, has more than 17 years of experience in the payments industry with expertise in credit products, loyalty, data security and operations.

Prior to joining TCM, Moorer held a number of leadership positions with FIS and Capital One Financial. Moorer holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Security from the University of Phoenix. He is also a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a member of ISACA.
