Golfers Get Updated 2016 Edition of the Northwest Golfer; Oregon Edition

A 2016 edition of The Northwest Golfer; Oregon Edition is now available. It includes updated rates for all of the state’s golf courses that allow public play. A photo or scorecard has been inserted for nearly all of the courses listed.

Green fees at Oregon public golf courses range from $3 to $225. By knowing when special rates and discounts are offered, this book allows a golfer to go when the green fees fit their wallet.

Golfers will always know where to go for those special days as well as when they hit budget times. The Northwest Golfer includes off-season rates, junior, senior, active military, early bird and twilight specials as well as normal green fees.

The reader will also learn the rates charged for cart and club rentals. It includes websites, addresses and complete directions to each course as well as reservation information and phone numbers. This book allows golfers to play every public course in Oregon and to know what they offer and charge before going.

Public courses in Oregon are scenic too. Golfers can play within view of the Pacific Ocean, snow-covered mountains, forested hills, world-famous rivers, the Columbia River, deserts and other scenic areas. As they play they get to enjoy some of the best scenery the northwest has to offer and a few of America’s best courses too. Wildlife spotted on these courses include elk, deer, coyote, raccoon, migrating birds and waterfowl.

This state offers public golfers several multiple-course locations, as well as courses with driving ranges and practice areas. Some have course restaurants offering fantastic views, tournament and banquet facilities, driving ranges, accommodations and other amenities. With The Northwest Golfer you’ll know which courses offer the experience you want.

Available in both print and e-book formats, The Northwest Golfer is sold on-line by Amazon and available to golf course stores and bookstores.
