Plantations International to Import Australian Mangoes Into Indonesia

According to the Australian Mango Industry Association (AMIA) the reopening of the Indonesian market is good news for the Australian mango industry, which has set an ambitious goal of exporting 20 per cent of the national crop each year by 2020. Mr Lee, says the Indonesian market has a lot of potential.

At maturity the Kensington Pride Mangoes are around 500 grams in weight. They are basically ovate in shape and have a rounded apex, and generally do not have a beak. Their skin color is of yellowish tint with traces of some beautiful red blush. The flesh is yellow, with moderate fiber, and has a spicy and sweet flavor, but more sweet than spicy.
