Robert Manes, President of Tall Trees LED Company, commented, “We are extremely excited to have this opportunity to become a publicly-traded company. BUCS Management stated, “We have looked at other opportunities in the past that have not met BUCS’ criteria for long-term shareholder value potential. Mr. Manes brings 16 years of experience, innovative technology and the potential for rapid growth through cutting-edge products and potential additional acquisitions in the future. This is by far the best opportunity BUCS has seen for growth moving forward.”
