“It’s an honor to qualify for this prestigious organization comprised of some of the top financial professionals in the country,” said Drago.
To qualify for MDRT, prospective members must adhere to the highest ethical standards and meet specific production requirements, which are increased annually. Furthermore, each member must belong to at least one recognized financial/insurance association. MDRT members must also abide by a code of ethics, which includes always placing the best interests of their clients above their own direct or indirect interests, maintaining the highest standards of professional competence and ensuring that any replacement of an insurance or financial product is beneficial for the client.
In addition to qualifying for MDRT, Drago is studying to receive the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designation through the American College.
“I am currently in the second of three classes required for this designation,” said Drago. “The coursework focuses on assisting customers with their retirement income plan and strategy, thus helping retirees maximize income in retirement with Social Security and other income products. My goal with both MDRT and RICP is to help my clients develop a lifelong stream of retirement income that will meet their needs.”
